Purchasing Blue Aura products on this website

We aim to have orders delivered within three working days to mainland UK destinations. Deliveries must be signed for. If no one is available to sign for your order at the time of delivery, the courier driver will leave notification of the attempted delivery and return the goods to the local area depot from where you will be responsible for collecting or arranging re-delivery.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt. You must include your receipt and/or delivery documents as proof of purchase. The equipment must be packed in the original packaging.
In the unfortunate event that you think a fault has developed with your Blue Aura product, you should in the first instance contact us either by email at email@example.com. or by telephoning customer services on 01480 477738 and we will arrange collection.
We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear & tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions, failure to follow our instruction (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the ordered goods without our prior approval.
Please remember to state clearly if an exchange or refund is required. We can only refund the original card used for payment.
Blue Aura reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are not returned to us in the original packaging or failing that, suitable (fit for purpose) packaging
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
